Colon Cleansing Detox

Best colon cleansing or detoxification, so that the regulating body back?

Been to a strange diet for the last couple of weeks and my digestive system is not returning to normal as the time, Doc recommended colic (yuck?) so I'm looking for an alternative form of cleasne and restart my body. Not for weight loss, they just want products that will get my body back to normal. Thanks!

I have two colonic done. I was not really bad. I felt refreshed afterwards.
